Nepal tour Package Details
Even though Nepal provides an on Arrival VISA, however regulation changes over time. It is recommended to get ETA to avoid any hassle after arriving at the Airport. In this package we will provide you ETA processed by our travel expert and detail instruction so that you can achieve much needed convenience at the airport.
The tour package will include airport transport, a hotel with breakfast, and sightseeing. Please see the details of each tour from the list below.

Tour Package Cancellation, Re-Issue, and Refund Policy
Eligibility for Cancellation, Re-Issue, and Refund
All tour packages are refundable. Ghuddy ensures that customers are eligible for cancellations, re-issues, and refunds for all tour packages. Requests can only be submitted via email, and they must comply with the fare rules.
Policy for Tour Packages and Airlines
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of booking. After 7 days, only the package price will be refunded, while service fees and airline fees will be deducted.
- All Cancellation & refund requests will be processed directly by Ghuddy.
Cancellation and Refund Process
- Cancellation & Refund requests must be made before 7 days of the scheduled tour date.
- Refunds will be issued based on the applicable deductions, including service fees and airline charges.
- After calculating the refund amount, the amount will be debited directly using the same payment method used for the payment within 15 business days.
- Requests must be made using the registered email used during booking.
Reissue or Exchange
- Most airlines issue “non-refundable” tickets, limiting reissue or exchange options unless specified by fare rules.
