Ghuddy does not possess any travel-related merchandise. We are just a link between consumers and travel service providers such as trip planners, hoteliers, and rental property owners, among others. Third-party travel suppliers sell travel goods on Ghuddy. The travel providers are responsible for their products, and before booking or purchasing their products through Ghuddy, you must understand and agree to the terms and conditions of the third-party travel providers.

Please be aware, Ghuddy does not own any travel service providers. We believe in providing our users with quality services and therefore provide on-spot and online consumer complaint handling services with third-party service providers in order to make sure consumer satisfaction is held first always. However, the consumer service policy only will work as an aid to consumer support, not as a liable medium of responsibility among both user parties. Ghuddy cannot be held accountable if something goes wrong during the booking or trip period, and you must handle your problem directly with the travel operator in question.

1. Access to services requires acceptance of direct communication with Ghuddy agents.
2. Communication between users and Ghuddy agents may occur through calls, emails, and other mediums.
3. Users consent to Ghuddy recording conversations with agents for future reference and resolution of service-related issues and disputes.
4. Ghuddy has the right to ban, delete, or block users based on evidence of misbehavior, fraudulent information, or the use of inappropriate language towards Ghuddy agents.
5. Ghuddy pledges to deliver best-in-class customer service, providing trained agents to ensure satisfaction for both parties.

Whether registered or unregistered, all trademarks, logos, images, and service marks, including the content of these Terms on the Platforms or in marketing materials, are the exclusive property of Ghuddy and/or other parties who have granted us permission to use their works, collectively referred to as "Trademarks." 

Without prior express written approval, users are strictly prohibited from using, copying, reproducing, republishing, uploading, posting, transmitting, distributing, or altering the Trademarks in any manner. Ghuddy's trademarks may not be utilized on any other website without obtaining our prior written consent.

Ghuddy is committed to vigorously protecting its intellectual property rights. To the fullest extent of the law, including the pursuit of criminal prosecution, Ghuddy will take action against any unauthorized use or infringement of its Trademarks. Ghuddy makes no warranty or representation that the use of materials displayed on the Platforms will not infringe upon the rights of third parties who are not owned by or affiliated with Ghuddy. Users engage with all content on the Platforms at their own risk.

Booking travel products using Ghuddy, the travel provider listed on the booking page, and our website solely serves as a user interface. As a result, Ghuddy will take responsibility for the consumer in terms of:

• Offering quality authorized hotels, after-booking.
• Consumer service throughout the consumer's stay at the hotel.
• Providing on-site physical support for the booking.

But Ghuddy will not be liable if the travel providers suddenly deter from their commitment and services quality nor if they provide Ghuddy with fraudulent information and sudden changes to their services without prior notice to Ghuddy Management Team. Ghuddy has no role in developing the travel product's description, determining the price and any fees, or providing the travel products that you book.

By making a booking through Ghuddy, you agree to address and resolve any issues or disputes you have with your booking and/or the Travel Product with the Travel Provider, which you can do through Ghuddy’s consumer service or Complaint Portal that Ghuddy provides in form of aid to consumer support and complaints handling policy with the travel provider. 

Ghuddy retains the authority to void a confirmed hotel reservation due to any illicit utilization of our platform, which encompasses activities such as reselling and disseminating misinformation. We disclaim responsibility for any misinformation provided by suppliers or hoteliers. Ratings featured on our website are derived from customer reviews furnished by our suppliers and are subject to periodic updates.

• In exceptional instances, we may cancel a booking if the hotel is devoid of available rooms, though the hotel may still be open for reservations. In such cases, the charged amount will be promptly refunded.
• Ensure that any special requests or requirements are communicated to the accommodation during check-in. However, post-booking confirmation, the provision of additional services depends on the discretion of the hotelier. Please contact us to facilitate such requests.
• It is incumbent upon you to verify the refund policy of the hotel before making a booking. Refundable hotels entitle customers to refunds within 7-10 working days, contingent upon the specific policies of the hotel and the respective bank.

From time to time, Ghuddy generates campaign deals that are annual promotions that run over predefined periods, giving you consistent calendar moments to capitalise on travel demands. We heavily promote Campaign deals across multiple customer channels such as email and throughout our platform.

Ghuddy retains the right, without prior notice, to add, alter, modify, or withdraw all or any of the Terms and Conditions, or to replace, fully or in part, the program with any other program, whether similar to or not, or to withdraw it entirely.

In the event of a disagreement with any party, Ghuddy is authorized to make the final decision. When you register with Ghuddy.com, you agree that we or any of our partners, affiliates, or group companies may contact you from time to time with offers/ information about products/ services that we believe may be of interest to you.

By utilizing this site for payments, you explicitly consent to the use of your personal information to verify and validate transactions, ensuring the security of your credentials against unauthorized use.

You acknowledge and agree that the information you provide may be shared with third-party credit card payment gateway companies for the purpose of verification, exclusively to confirm your identification.

Your personal information will be utilized solely for the purpose of verifying and confirming your identification in the context of payment transactions. Your use of the Payments Services indicates your acceptance and agreement to abide by these Payment Terms.

Ghuddy Payments reserves the right to temporarily limit or suspend your access to the Payment Services or its features for maintenance procedures aimed at ensuring proper service operation.

Ghuddy Payments may introduce new payment services and continually enhance, modify, and improve existing payment services to ensure a better user experience. Payment Services may contain links to Third-Party Services. Users are urged to carefully review the terms of service and privacy policies governing such Third-Party Services. Ghuddy Payments disclaims responsibility or liability for the use of Third-Party Services by Ghuddy Users.

Ghuddy calculates bills based on multiple factors, including but not limited to "Discounts," "Time Frame", "Special Promotions", "Promotional Offers" and "Day, Month, Year, Season-wise offers." These factors may be subject to change periodically. Your use of Ghuddy services implies your agreement to any changes in bill calculation methods. To confirm and avail of Ghuddy services, you commit to paying the calculated amount based on these dynamic factors.

Discounts are not fixed and may change. Ghuddy retains the right to modify discounts on its services at its discretion. The appearance of Ghuddy discounts may vary across different days, times, locations, and properties. These changes can be influenced by Ghuddy's promotional campaigns or offers. Discounts are dynamic and may differ based on various parameters. The variations could be a result of specific promotional events or campaigns initiated by Ghuddy.

This policy is effective for all reservations made on or after the specified date. It takes precedence over the reservation's default cancellation policy.

Customers are encouraged to notify Ghuddy Support or the Hotel Management promptly to address any experience-related issues. Ghuddy aims to resolve issues satisfactorily, and customers can request refunds through the website or Ghuddy support.

Refunds may be subject to reductions based on conditions communicated to consumers at the time of booking. Ghuddy generally follows a 72-hour cancellation rule. Customers can initiate cancellation requests within this timeframe unless specific promotional or campaign requirements restrict cancellations. Users are advised to verify cancellation availability before making a booking. Upon successful initiation of a refund request, Ghuddy commits to processing the refund within approximately 72 hours. The complete refund process may take up to 7 days or more, considering factors such as the refund amount, bank request initiation, and technical distributions.

Submitting a fraudulent report is a violation of the Terms of Service and may result in account termination, forfeiture of account rewards programs or points, and zero refund eligibility.

Decisions under this policy are binding and do not impact other contractual or statutory rights. Merchants retain the right to initiate legal action unaffected by this policy. All rights and obligations under this policy are applicable to Ghuddy, its consumers, and Ghuddy Merchants exclusively. Any changes to this policy will adhere to the Terms of Service.

In cases of national emergencies, lockdowns, political unrest, natural disasters, etc., a standard refund policy may not be applicable, and alternative measures may be implemented.

Ghuddy's delivery pertains to the provision of services, with estimated delivery times varying based on booking types and scenarios. The following outlines the three booking methods offered by Ghuddy and their associated delivery times:

Express Booking: Process: Customer selects a hotel, completes payment, and receives a confirmation email within an hour, including a coupon and check-in details, after the merchant's room confirmation. Estimated Delivery Time, Within 1 hour.

Non-Express Booking: Process: Payment is made, and the booking is placed on hold. Ghuddy contacts the accommodation provider ("Marchant") for confirmation. Once confirmed, the customer receives a confirmation email along with additional details. Estimated Delivery Time, Within a timeframe determined by the accommodation provider's confirmation process.

Direct Booking: Customer submits a direct booking request to Ghuddy. Ghuddy agents assist in each step, providing information and recommendations. After payment, Ghuddy agents confirm the room with the Hotel Management team. The customer then receives a confirmation email along with additional details. Estimated Delivery Time, Within a timeframe determined by the confirmation process, considering interactions with Ghuddy agents and Hotel Management.

By using Ghuddy's services, users agree to the specified delivery times based on the chosen booking method and associated policies. Ghuddy reserves the right to modify booking durations without prior notice and may terminate bookings in challenging scenarios.

Upon accepting the terms and conditions, the consumer acknowledges and consents to Ghuddy.com contacting the provided mobile phone number or email for the purpose of collecting feedback regarding travel experiences, reservations, and services offered by the merchant. This contact may extend to any updated contact information provided by the consumer.

By utilizing the Services, you expressly agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement. Furthermore, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in line with Ghuddy's privacy policy, which is an integral part of this Agreement. Compliance with additional Ghuddy policies for Users, available on our website or mobile application, is also required.

Users agree to abide by any additional terms and conditions specific to certain features of Ghuddy's Services. These additional terms and conditions, when applicable, are considered an integral part of this Agreement and are incorporated herein by reference.

Ghuddy Limited reserves the right to update terms. Partners will be notified through email or portal notifications.

All the disputes and relevant issues will be solved by Bangladeshi law and the shortest way will be adopted if needed. Arbitrator Powers To the fullest extent permissible by law, Bangladeshi law shall govern and be followed in the interpretation of these terms and conditions and the performance of our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes will be resolved through [specify dispute resolution mechanism, e.g., arbitration or mediation].

By accessing the Ghuddy Partner Portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. Continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance.

Users agree that any disagreements or claims related to the website, provided services, or goods, as well as any statements made by Ghuddy Limited, will be first addressed amicably with Ghuddy Limited.

Users acknowledge that, in the event of a disagreement, they will contact Ghuddy Limited to discuss and attempt to resolve the matter. If, after such discussion, the claims remain unsatisfactorily addressed for a period of 90 days, users may proceed to the next step.

Users acknowledge that unresolved claims may be referred to binding arbitration. The determination of all such claims shall be made through the arbitration process.

All disputes related to these general terms and conditions and Ghuddy's services must be exclusively brought to the court system in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

“The Software and Services may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the Internet and electronic communications. Except as outlined in Ghuddy’s Privacy Policy or as otherwise required by applicable law, Ghuddy is not responsible for any delays, reservation failures, loss, or injury resulting from such problems.”
