We are team Ghuddy who are building a travel tech platform. We would like to share a message with you. While traveling for our personal and business needs, both within and outside of Bangladesh, we realized that despite significant investments in infrastructure by the government and private sector, the travel sector in Bangladesh has not shaped up to international standards. Even with world-class hotels, resorts, cruising ships, campsites, and accessible remote locations, the industry lacks accessibility to benefits for the mass population. This gap prevents the travel sector from evolving into a fully-fledged travel industry.
From Purchase to Personalized Experience
By accessibility, we mean the ability to explore opportunities and make comparisons, purchase services, ensure quality service and customer rights, provide feedback, and tailor experiences based on individual needs. While there are a few emerging digital booking sites, their focus is often limited to being a booking platform rather than delivering a focused value. This is where we aim to make a difference.

Accumulated Experience and Confidence in Building
Our confidence stems from the experience gained as an online travel agency over the last 2 years. During this time, we have collected feedback from both customers and non-customers, compared service providers, and studied traditional travel agencies' operations to inform our building process.

Our interface for delivering these commitments is the Ghuddy website, offering customers a wide spectrum of travel services to tailor their journey. You will feel the difference as you access products and configure your travel. Customers can search, compare, configure, and purchase our services seamlessly through our ecommerce platform. To ensure service reliability, we have implemented a robust booking confirmation process that automates customer bookings, from invoice generation to confirming reservations with service providers and delivering invoices via messages and emails promptly. Our research has allowed us to identify and address potential complexities in the reservation process through a developed algorithm, and we continue to automate check-in, checkout, and customer complaint processes to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Underpinning our operations is an efficient tech and data-driven platform that enables scalability and monitors the entire process.
